Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase regarding jewelry, if product has not been worn and is in new condition. Please email copy of receipt, a picture of the item and the reason for the exchange, place of purchase, date of purchase, to info@angelawestdesigns.com, and we will respond with further instructions.
Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase if product has not been worn and is in new condition, receipt required.
Products must be wrapped and packaged as to not be damaged in the shipping process and mailed to Angela West Designs, 231 Baker Road, Rosenberg, Texas, 77471. We will not be responsible for any damage occurring in the shipping process and any such damage may nullify potential refund or exchange.
Caveat: There will be NO returns, refunds or exchanges on hats and purses whatsoever.
